AV EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICE


Starting from February 2017, Electric Dreamz will be offering an additional service, which is the servicing and maintenance of in-house sound system and event lighting equipment at event venues, schools, indoor facilities, discos, pubs and clubs throughout Singapore.

This will be based on 24 hours ad-hoc basis or long-term maintenance contracts depending on clients' needs and requirements.

 

FREQUENCY OF AV EQUIPMENT SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE


It is recommended that sound system and event lighting equipment be serviced by professional technicians and engineers at every 2-3 months if there is regular high usage of these equipment at your venues or every 4 months for sound system and event lighting equipment that is less utilised. This includes weekly cleaning of equipment by your staff to minimise dust and foreign particles that can cause sound system and event lighting equipment to malfunction and over a period of time deteriorate in quality.

EARLY WARNING SYSTEM


Maintenance is essential, the same as you would take your car and motorbike in to the service shop for servicing to ensure high performance and durability of all car and motorbike parts, which, at the same time allows the serviceman to alert you on parts that would require some adjustments or repairs to be made. The same alert and warning system will be created through regular servicing and maintenance of AV equipment which allow you to detect potential areas which might cause future breakdowns and these can be rectified immediately.
